
We have 7 providers, all significantly unique in their personalities as well as bedside manner. For all Self-Pay patients or patients without insurance, we require a $100.00 deposit at the time of check-in. We will be glad to refund any difference at the time of check-out.

Our appointment line (864-458-7000) is available from 8:00am until 12:30pm, and 1:30pm until 5:00pm. We are also available for emergency visits only, on Saturday from 9:00am until about 12:00pm. We request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. For appointments missed for Complete Physicals or Procedures, there will be a $100.00 penalty charge. For missed Lab appointments, there will be a $20.00 charge.

We are not required to verify coverage and benefits prior to a consultation. Our billing specialists will be happy to assist
with any questions or concerns, however, it is the patients responsibility to verify coverage prior to a procedure or
consultation.

Our office provides our patients with a 24-hour on-call service for any emergency. Call 864-297-6010 and our answering service will be glad to page our physician on-call.

We will be glad to call-in any prescription refills, however there will be a $20.00 charge.

Physicians @ MFM use hospitalists @ St. Francis and GMH for all in-patient admissions.

We offer our patients a sincere commitment to maintain a strict level of privacy. We will not disclose any patient information without a signed prior consent from our patient. To ensure that patients as well as staff members are aware and comply with these HIPAA regulations, we ask that each new patient reviews and signs a form stating that they have been informed of these guidelines.
