Richard G. Leland, Jr. MD, graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1993. He joined Milestone Family Medicine in 1996. Prior to joining the group, Dr. Leland worked for the Center of Family Medicine in the Greenville Hospital System. He is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. He also holds certifications in BLS, ACLS, NALS, PALS, ALSO, and ATLS. He is an associate professor of Family Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He is a member of the Board of Family Practice, American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as Greenville County Medical Society.
